PARENTS PLAY ROLES IN IMPROVING STUDENTS DISCIPLINE LEVEL

Datuk Lee Lam Thye, Vice Chairman of Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation press statement on the increase of crimes which involve school students.
Parents of the ongoing school students must play active roles in identifying activities and their whereabouts in which their children involve. As a parent, we must always be well inform and aware of the activities that our children associate with. Improving school student discipline level are joint effort between teachers, polis and parents.
It is saddening looking at crimes involving school student increasing. Beating and assault cases ultimately caused death to other student.
Datuk Lee Lam Thye said, although the Polis are there to keep the community safe and prevent crime, in case of of school students, parents and teachers are the right people to inditify the root cause of the problems.
The Headmasters and Principals need to identify ways, methods and introduce principle regulations to improve discipline level ini schools.
